Will the ringing in my ear go away anytime soon?

Two days ago i shot a .44 magnum without ear protection, 5 times out on open water, 9 miles off of shore. The bullets were 210 grain. ive heard ringing ever since i pulled the trigger, even until now. Will it go away or have i permanently caused this ringing in both my ears?
