Is princess diana alive?

well today i was watching the news (won't tell you wat news it was) at 9:55 in the morning and they said princess diana is alive and they showed a picture of her with princess kate and then they showed a pic of her with a iphone in her hands and i was very creeped out by this soo....is she dead or alive?
