1996 dodge ram 1500 magnum 5.7L no title?

beautiful truck no title.. took out a loan, gave them the title... never payed the loan off, dnt plan on it because interest put the loan out of proportion.. divorce is the scheme here, anyhow how can i possibly get another title for the truck?
