What do I do if somebody is getting people to jump me?

This stupid loser is trying to get with my girl. I warned him if he tries to talk to her, and starts to verbally harass her with sex **** I'll spray .44 Magnum bullets through his front window. Anyways, he might be getting some big fat bullies to come jump me. Are there any logical things I could do, such as file a lawsuit or something in the nature of that?
