How do I know what condom fits good?

the average girth is 9 inches, anything smaller is not normal, wht i do is i go to the condom section and open a condom from each package and try on the different sizes then the ones tht fit i get and the ones tht dont i stick back in the box and put tht box on the back of the shelf sucks for the people tht get those boxes eh?
